We kindly request that any appointment cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service fee.
